Interplane spol sr.o. announced today the assets described in the attachment are for sale. Interplane was formed in 1992 and ceased operations in mid 2008. Interplane’s Skyboy aircraft continues to be popular and ranks 11th in the United States LSA category of registered airplanes.
Interplane is asking for bids to be delivered no later than 30 April, 2010. The assets can be inspected anytime in April. Additional information can be gained on the company’s website: InterplaneAircraft.com

1. The rights for the Skyboy aircraft, including the drawings, calculations, tools and molds. 2. An inventory of spare parts for the Skyboy (located in North Carolina, United States). 3. Several MD-3 Rider elevators. 4. A receivable from Interplane’s United States CEO in the amount of $13.000.00. Litigation will probably be necessary to collect this debt. 5. All accounting records, cost calculations, tax returns, etc for Interplane covering the last seven years. 6. Various promotional brochures, banners and other sales materials.
Interplane has not produced aircraft since mid 2008. We estimate that there are 75 to 100 Skyboys flying throughout the world. Interplane aircraft continue to rank eleventh in LSA aircraft in the United States with 54 registered as of January, 2010. Interest continues to be high for Skyboy Aircraft and present Skyboy owners have need for replacement parts and counsel.
Assets owned by parties unrelated to Interplane spol s.r.o.:
1. The building Interplane used for its offices and factory on Zbraslavice airfield is for rent. 2. A brand new ZJ Viera mono wheel configured aircraft is for sale.
Interplane is open for bids on parts of the list above or in total. Please deliver your bids to Ralph Mandarino at the contacts listed above no later than 30 April, 2010. Inspection of the assets can be arranged anytime in April, 2010. With the exception of the Skyboy parts in North Carolina, all other assets are in Zbraslavice, Czech Republic.
